Two Faced, and un-trust worthy.I have a problem with a new RV manufactured at this facility. I took it to a local RV repair shop, North Country RV in Buckley, who is running a scam trying to get paid to do warranty work, while not actually doing the work. When I reported this to Jessica at the factory, she told to to pick up the RV and bring it to the factory for repairs. I did. Immediately after picking my trailer, the mood changed...all of a sudden Forest River started backing the fraudulent repair shop. I was blown off for a few weeks and now my correspondence goes unanswered completely.All RVs are built as cheaply and quickly as possible, they are going to have issues, we know this, but what sets a manufacturer apart, is their customer service...This plant has none. Hopefully you are reading this BEFORE you buy a Forest River RV, this will be my last one.

I don't who, how, or why they hire the people they do but there is absolutely 0% quality in the job done by Forest River building my 5th wheel. They could have slowed it way way down on the production line. I bought a brand new 2023 arctic wolf and it feels like being robbed. Electrical issues, screws not screwed in all the way, welds not welded in the frame all the way, caulk job is a joke, I am not even confident the damn thing is waterproofed properly. I can't count on them having done anything right which scares me. There will be a special place in hell for the people who built my 5th wheel, a place where they'll be forced to build quality items the right way for the rest of eternity. This company is a damn disgrace to America and should be held accountable.

Having a blast working with this location. Great team! This week we are in the city park with five floor plans from their trailer lines. Great Rep team and staff. Five stars for how they take great care of me every time I come to town and help.

Just purchased a 2021 Forest River - Wildwood X-Lite 240BHXL (Travel Trailer)In March of 2022. Slide-out is not working properly, black tank is messed up and heater is not working properly. Returned to dealer for warranty work earlier this month (June 2022) and because Forest River is taking so long to send parts to fix slide-out we are missing the rest of summer for camping. Why does it take a whole month just to get parts out? Your not fixing it just sending parts ughhh.

Very appreciative of the professional, prompt and friendly service provided by the Forest River managers of Dallas, OR! We'd taken our 2020 Evo to a local RV dealer near Tacoma early summer of 2021 to replace the refrigerator unit bc of ammonia leak. After over two months at the dealer with no progress made, we brought it to Dallas where they were able to replace the refrigeration unit within a very short TAT. And in May 2022, while at the local RV dealer we noticed slight indent on external side panel...rather than wasting time with them, we spoke with Forest River of Dallas, brought Evo back and they fixed the problem in a short time. Thank you.

Purchased a 2021 Sierra 403 RD and it was supposed to have a toilet seal and blinds for both sliding glass doors (still waiting since our purchase March 30, 2021). My husband put a toilet seal in, though not the right part or fit, because the toilet was leaking. We finally figured out what was happening two weeks after our purchase. Needless to say, it was disgusting! The blinds make it difficult for anyone to sleep on the sleeper sofa. My husband has been in contact with Forest River for a month now. Still no word on when or if we will be receiving these items that should have come with the trailer...

This company is the BEST! They have the beat customer service and the best trailers! We just bought a travel trailer for the first time and are so happy with this trailer! We had to go smaller so it fits in our driveway and what I found with Forest River is they have trailers for everyone in every price range!!! I love how their customer service is the BOMB!!! A-MAZING!!! Please go check out these trailers! You will not and I mean NOT regret buying one of their trailers! I have been looking at buying a trailer to go camping and making family memories and this one fit in our budget and we can make those family memories now! Thank you Forest River for being an amazing company!!! They took care of all and I mean ALL of our issues! They will take care of you as well!!!! ❤️❤️ Aaron and Jessica and the team took care of us! There is one other guy who met us the first time and the second time and I can’t remember his name but he was just as detail oriented as everyone else!!! This is an amazing company! PleSe give them a try and look at the trailers! You WILL NOT be disappointed at all!! Before is the corrugated and After is the Filon siding photos!!!! So here is our brand brand new Evo TT that had some issues and thanks to the amazing company Forest River who makes these totally took it back in and took care of us! There were so many flaws with this trailer that the company took amazing and I mean AMAZING care of us!!! I CANT EXPRESS THAT ENOUGH!!! They truly went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied! I will always recommend this company and trailers to anyone who is looking!! Thank you Forest River we have a 1 of 1 TT and I love the new color scheme!!!

Got a call from this place for a meet and greet prior to interview. Showed up designated day and a bit early but called and left voicemail to state i had arrived and had no problems waiting until they were ready. Waited over an hour and multiple trips into the office. No management around and no one even knew where the hiring manager was! Never even got a call back! What a great first introduction to the company!
