Harvest CrossFit offers events for competitions where families can watch relatives compete. The owners are nice and always have a smile. Families who work out here love the place and comment on the workouts, kicking their buns and challenging themselves. The competitions are intense. The space is small but well laid out with plenty of equipment. It is clean and pleasant, with no negatives, making it worth a visit.

I had the opportunity to film their recent Compassion First Team Throwdown event and it was a great, worthwhile experience.
