Our first experience with this location was not good at all. Employee's were untrained and lacked and real information needed to do their job. Customer service was terrible and we left we our car making a strange sound. Today our visit exceeded every point downfall of before. We were greeted by a nice gentleman who let is know it would be only a fifteen minute wait. When we pulled into the bay the Manager Monte greeted us and asked questions about our vehicle I have never even heard before. Good real information. With visual facts and was extremely knowledgeable. Friendly every employee seems to know what there are doing and did it with a smile. We will most definitely be returning to this location because of the experience Monte gave to us. Thanks team for changing out outlook on the business.

I wish Synergize didn't do oil changes through Jiffy Lube and hired an actual mechanic to be held responsible,my experience has been they over torque and strip drain plug bolts to the point they leak oil and forget to tighten things back up, don't go here pay the mechanic price you're paying here for an actual mechanic not a lube tech shop that won't take responsibility for their shiesty work

Way over priced compared to Walmart or any others place in town it's 50 for synthetic at Walmart 100 here at jiffy lube

Make sure they have tightened stuff back up afterwards. Got an oil flush on labor day, the following morning when I was starting up my car to go to work, the engine started and then shut off. Lights and radio worked, but some fuel line wasn't tightened back up after they showed me my filter and it cost me another few hundred to have it towed, inspected and told it was because jiffy lube didn't tighten stuff back up.

I was a regular here. I wanted to print my last 2 visits.. After waiting forever and watching them take another car in, I pulled off. You just lost the business of two vehicles.

First class service, better than any other. I bought a 98 GMC van (new to me) and took it to JL Dallas for assistance to extend the life of the van. They did a lube, oil, filter, transmission flush, identified other problems very serious and fixed them most expediently including a damaged hose that if broken would have caused major problems. Extremely efficient, thorough. This JL has my van running like a well-oiled machine because their services and processes are honed like a well-oiled machine. They did it with exceptional gentlemen courtesy, even opening my doors. I enjoyed coffee in their lobby as I waited, and could have used their Internet as well! They showed me their work, including my damaged parts and dirty filter, so I knew they were completely honest, operating with utmost integrity. As long as I'm in the region, here is where I will go, and NOWHERE ELSE. These guys are exceptional, excellent, and please tip them well, because they definitely deserve it. Their service was worth much more than they charged, and they are providing me free top-offs until next service. I'll have to return for those, and I look forward to seeing these men again because they were so friendly, engaging, professional, informative. They also suggested where I can have other important services done. Thank you, Dallas JL. You have blessed me and my van. Much respect, appreciation.

It was alright the people were very nice. I was surprised it wasn't cheaper than my dealership, and they couldn't figure out how to install the wiper blades on my Subaru. ?

I ALWAYYYYYYS GET MY OIL CHANGED HERE FOR ALL MY CARS!! THEY HAVE COUPONS ONLINE AND THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY PROFESSIONAL AND GOOD PEOPLE AND USUALLY PRETTY DAM FAST!!!

Sent my daughter here to get oil changed. They replaced the engine air filter too and the car would not start. Said the battery was bad. They jumped it, took to autozone who tested battery saying it was good. Got home and now car wont start. No problem until visit to Jiffy Lube.

I came in just to have my 3rd member level checked. They checked it, asked if I wanted the fluid removed and replaced as it was foamy. I declined as I can perform that myself. And...NO CHARGE! And the guys are very friendky!
