“Had a big nail in my tire. It was very hot today and I was super grumpy having to put my spare on. I was greeted warmly, treated fairly, talked to like I was an equal (I’m a female with less than great vehicle experiences when dealing with shops) and in and out in less then 30 minutes. Plus membership made it $0 for it as well! Thanks Jason for everything!”
“Our first experience with this location was not good at all. Employee's were untrained and lacked and real information needed to do their job. Customer service was terrible and we left we our car making a strange sound. Today our visit exceeded every point downfall of before. We were greeted by a nice gentleman who let is know it would be only a fifteen minute wait. When we pulled into the bay the Manager Monte greeted us and asked questions about our vehicle I have never even heard before. Good real information. With visual facts and was extremely knowledgeable. Friendly every employee seems to know what there are doing and did it with a smile. We will most definitely be returning to this location because of the experience Monte gave to us. Thanks team for changing out outlook on the business.
