Dr. Rivers has a great place, everyone there is very helpful & nice. Been taking my dogs there for about 12yrs. & Never had an issue & have helped my puppies lots.

I have to give this place a million positive. We had to bring him in to be put down on Monday and everyone was so sweet and kind. They didn't rush the visit. They let us spend all the time we needed with him. When we were done the receptionist came around the deck and gave us strong hugs which were do appreciated.

My experience lasted less than 20 seconds after being on hold for 10 minutes and 38 seconds, as I quickly found out from the curt-if not blatantly rude-30plus-sounding female who answered the phone, that they didn't even care what was wrong with my pet, deterring me by citing that they are scheduling "months, a month or two out". Was given NO OPTION to schedule, and when I found out they ae also discompassionate to the UN-RICH, I decided they are more interested in their fancy money than they are interested in caring for ANYONE'S ANIMALS. seriously consider if you want your pet being seen by people who see your pet in need as just another burden to stitch and ditch.
I don't know, but the call gave me these FEELINGS. 20 seconds to realize who you're speaking with.

Very kind and compassionate doctor. Reasonable prices. Extra impressed by the professionalism, warmth, and extremely knowledgeable receptionist. It’s a small office and they are usually booked out for a while, but that’s just the way it is. We hope to get a couple more years with our sweet old girl after they took care of numerous problems in one visit! Thank you ❤️?

We sadly had to put our sweet 15 year old pug down today. Such an amazing staff with kind hearts. And would highly recommend them for any pet care. The vet was so kind and understanding. Made the progress as peaceful as possible. We appreciate them truly!
