From the first phone call I made when Steve talked to me about what was available and held a spot for a few days while I made my way to Oregon from Texas to help my mother move until my third (and I hope for a while at least final!) trip to our new storage locker, my experience with Storage Depot in Dallas was excellent. The whole place is incredibly clean, the systems work beautifully, and Steve was honest, straightforward, and practical. Five stars and then some!

These are great units, and very well taken care of. However, my 5 star rating is about their customer service. They go above and beyond for their customers and they make you want to keep renting a unit there, whether ya still need it or not. LOL. If your company does CS awards, it should go to this dynamic duo, running it. If you need a storage unit, come rent here in Dallas!

Staff is very friendly and helpful. I am concerned with the gate being always open, however. It used to be that we needed our code to enter, but the last few times have been open. This is concerning.
