I have worked in fast food for 6 years. Was when I was in high school and into my 20's. But to be told to use the app or the kieosk to order when I saw 4 employees just standing and talking. I was paying with cash. So why not take my order. This genatation is lazy.

I don’t know if it’s who’s on shift or what but it’s 9:15 pm and I’ve been here thirty minutes waiting for my food other customers are visibly annoyed by the slow service, will be going to Mac taco bell from now on. (I’ll probably be back in Dallas anyway)

I've had most fast food places in the area multiple times. I'm happy to say Taco Bell is always a good experience. Especially when door dashing, they are quick and friendly. No complaints here!

The biggest thing that stood out was getting our food and, after we said thank you, we did not get eye contact or a "you're welcome"; not even a head nod. It was rude. Also, the food wasn't hot enough to feel like they had just made it within the last hour so you're likely to get cold meals.

Okay, Prices have gone up, but service is nonexistant. Okay, maybe times are changing, but I don't pretend to make excuses for someone else, or a company. I am sure you will outlive my walking out, and the family next to me, but at least McDonald's and Safeway give you a choice. Self service Keosks or a line with a live body. I work at a computer all day. The last thing I want when I want to relax is walk into a restaurant, albeit fast food, and be told I can only order at the Keosk. After a few minutes of trying to figure it out, which I am perfectly capable of, I and the family next to me asked, "Why" and I ended up for $5 more, going out to aa nice Mexican Restaurant. They soon followed. So I am not sure who owns Taco Bell but I have one question. Are you owned by the same company that owns Jack in the box? That would explain it. People may not be able to change your approach, but we have long memories.
