Didn't include a utility dolly when I paid for one. I was picking up after hours too, so I wasn't able to talk to someone to grab one. The truck was also provided at 1/4 tank of gas, meaning I wasted a lot of money trying to guess how much gas I'd need for my move. They also left the truck's back door open, which meant the rain all weekend made the floor wet and slippery (damaging boxes and furniture I put in there). It's November in Oregon, assume it's gonna rain and don't soil a truck I'm paying $200+ for.

Accidentally charged me a $100 fee for a missing dolly that I returned. I luckily caught it and went to their office to get it refunded since it was a mistake. In order to get a refund, I had to walk into their office and wait for half an hour while they struggle with the what I can only imagine is Uhaul's awful software addled with bad design and user interface. Picking up your truck on mobile was really bad too. It too was a victim of Uhaul's underpaid software development team. The person in the office kept calling me a man, too? It was really weird and uncomfortable. They get an extra star because the truck and the dolly I rented were actually good and helpful.

Me and my wife are moving to a new state. Uhaul had a "100% guarantee" that they had our trailer in Dallas, so we drove 45 minutes out there and when we were arriving they called and said that they actually don't have the trailer we reserved online and that the next closest one was in Lincoln City. This has completely thrown off me and my wife's plans and they clearly didn't care at all that they guaranteed us a trailer. Never using uhaul again

we made reservations 2+ weeks in advance only to call and confirm our reservation the day of to be told they don't have our truck... that they gave it to someone else. instead of going to get us a truck themselves, they required us to go to Salem which turned our 5 mile moving trip into a 45 mile trip and didn't reimburse us for their mistake.

Terrible water time, staff is limited to one person that knows what they are doing literally. Made a reservation for a trailer to haul a truck and when we got there the trailer was way way to short and they only had 1.
