Do not fall for their scam of the $300 promotion they'll tell you you have to do $1,000 worth of direct deposits within 30 days and then you will get the $300 but what the promotion actually is you have to make one deposit of over $1,000 not a total of 1,000 and you won't get your money until after 60 days so just make sure you read all the fine print and don't listen to what they tell you

Customer Service at this location is going down hill fast. No other keybanks in the area to choose from so luckily i only have to go inside once a month.

Poor customer service! Went in to open checking account. Banker said 10 minutes and disappeared never to be seen again. Complained to teller and he did not know what to do. Poor Customer Service!
