This was my time ordering from them and it couldn’t have been easier. I’m pretty impulsive with my yard projects and Wayne and Alex helped me get a unit of mulch delivered within only a few hours. I’ll definitely be ordering more landscape material. The garden center is really nice as well and the staff is equally as helpful.

I have to say I've been in the Landscaping industry for over 28 years and I have been to many places to get material for all the many jobs and I'm done over the course of my career but I've never had an experience like I did at landscape materials Northwest at any of the other places out there. Every single employee from the bottom all the way up to the operations manager are second to none when it comes to customer service. I believe her name is Jeanette but she's the operations manager and she is awesome !! You know I've heard it said that skills you can teach but you can't teach a good attitude because a good attitude comes from within and that's how all the employees here are, amazing customer service in a positive atmosphere with positive people who I can tell they love their job

These folks were so helpful in picking out a tree for my yard! They delivered, too, though depending on how far away you live, there may be a charge for delivery. I plan to return for more very soon!

They were extremely helpful in picking out shrubs that would do well in the shade. I ordered the shrubs, soil, and bark and they were all delivered the same day. Great customer service! I will definitely use again.
