I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IF YOU NEED TO SAVE MONEY
Con: my initial rent was $29 first month special followed by $80/month for a 10x10 one year later it is $140/month. That is a huge increase percentage wise. With this same trajectory my rent at the 2 year mark would be $210/month and at year 3 $315/month. When I called to ask why I was told supply and demand and I seriously doubt that if demand went down so would my rent. Essentially they are pricing people out of their space to only be filled by those who are desperate for it because they have no other choice. Just feels odd as this is usually city tactics but in a country location. Might be wise for a local to open a similar facility so the local country culture can be respected but also to help drive prices down.
Pros: Great interaction with staff in person or on the phone. I like the three security checks needed to get to my unit. A code to get through the gate (though i feel their method in creating this is easy to crack) followed by a different code to get into the building before the key lock.

Be careful renting from here! My fiancé and I rented a small unit earlier this month to store some wedding items in. After about a week, we retuned to check on our items, and our lock had clearly been cut partially off. Once we were finally able to get a hold of someone (the next day of course), they admitted that recently two “sketchy” individuals had been seen wandering around the units and they suspect it was them. The front desk person was not very helpful, and we ended up having to get someone to cut the lock/door open, so we could move our stuff to a different facility. When I went back to the storage unit to discuss our experience, “Monte” was conveniently on lunch, and since then we’ve had no communication regarding any type of compensation, or even how to cancel our lease (which we were clear was happening the day we moved out).
Tl;DR - our lock was partially cut into by two “sketchy” guys only about a week after moving it. There are no cameras here, and office staff are less than helpful.

5 star customer service! Highly recommend! MONTE provided excellent customer service and guided me completely thru the rental process, walking me to my new unit and showing me how everything worked! He made it very convenient and a very smooth process! Thank you for employing such a wonderful person!
