I just want to give a review for Water Dog RV they did an excellent job for me I've been using them for the last 7 or 8 years and I've never had any issues with their repair work I would highly suggest using them for your repairs if you have any to your RV they are very knowledgeable and the workmanship is always done on time and they have a good resource for getting parts for campers

I really appreciate the service department here. Jeremy and John do a FABULOUS job. We travel full time so we usually have a tight time window to get things done. They have always done their best to get us in…. I hear stories about people waiting months to get something done on their rig. I can’t remember waiting longer than a week…. and if there is a wait it is usually because we are waiting for parts to arrive. This last time when it came to pay we were told it didn’t take them as long as they thought it was going to…. so they reduced the price…. I would have never known if they would have just charged me the original estimate…. highly recommended!!!!

I had trouble with my hot water heater the day before I was going camping. I called Waterdog RV late afternoon and they had it fixed by 11:00am the next morning. I really appreciated that kind of service. I will be calling them again when needed. Thanks

Most fantastic customer service!
we purchased a used RV a few weeks ago. We also switched vehicles after we bought the RV. We needed to have a brake controller installed and the vehicle we are in did not have the towing wires installed. Waterdog got us sorted out and hooked up with a wireless brake controller in a few hours. Not their fault, but the controller we purchased did not function. with hardly a blink they offered for us to come back and try out a new unit. I was there less than five minutes and the new unit worked as advertised!
Again, super customer service from the entire Waterdog RV staff!

Edit: I was very upset at first but every time we called to complain about our toilet not being fixed they were very apologetic and kept professional. Even though they couldn’t figure out why it kept leaking and my husband had to suggest a solution they kept trying to make it right. Anytime we called them they got the trailer in quick. After they got it fixed a different spot started leaking they fixed that no charge. I’m changing my tone and my prospective of them. We are satisfied with the repair and happy to say we will bring the trailer back to them. The only reason I’m not giving them a complete 5 star is because there was an issue they couldn’t fix the first time and it took them 3 separate times to make it right. But, they did and that’s worth everything right there. Thank you waterdog for having great service.
First post: I can’t stress enough on how bad they are at replacing or repairing. We brought our trailer in for a toilet leak along with a few other things. They told us they fixed the toilet. 2 days after we picked it up it was leaking. We called them to tell them they didn’t fix the issue. They told us they did, but we know they didn’t because one of the screws on the back of the toilet was still missing. They had us bring it back in. Told us if it happens again we would have to go after the manufacturer. They called us up and again said they fixed it. While I was there I inspected their work and thought it was ok. So we took it camping. And guess what, the toilet is worse than it was when we dropped it off the first time. I’m incredibly unhappy with them and very disappointed that they claim they fixed it. I will not bring my trailer back to them. This is absolutely ridiculous and very frustrating.
I would recommend going to someone else if you need anything repaired with your RV. They will lie straight to your face and say they have fixed the problem. I would not trust them to fix anything in or around the trailer. Our toilet had a drip now it’s spraying water out of the same fitting they claim they fixed. We are out camping and now can’t turn on the pump or use our toilet. Good job waterdog for being incapable of your job.

No stars will sell trailers out from under you after telling you to drive on down and look at them.. no cursing involved we sated we drove from the coast got in our vehicle and left

Saw a fifth wheel at Waterdog Rv they had it online on Rv trader we inquired about it talked to Sherri and went and looked at it. Very nice rig and it was very relaxing to be helped by Sherri she showed it to us and she answered our questions then left us alone to talk it over.
No pressure at all it makes it very comfortable. Met the manager Paul and Brandy in finance same thing really pleasant purchase. Our walk through went good shown everthing by Shawn and he answered our questions.We met Jeremy who got the fifth wheel ready to be shown.This dealer is first class all the way around made it a real pleasant purchase thank you Water Dog Rv

The staff were courteous and professional in every capacity from making sure everything was clean and ready to go when we arrived to pick up our new to us, used, RV to making sure we understood how everything worked since this was our first RV.
