This storage so it is very good it's heated it's clean it's secure its well lighted. There is one thing though that is a big drawback for me, hence the reason for 4 stars instead of 5. That is the fact that it closes at 7 p.m. time searching if you work till 5:30 in the afternoon and you want to get to the storage you're going to be pretty limited on time. In my case I am a sole caregiver for my wife and the hours are not conducive to my situation at all. However it's the only game in town more or less. It's always full but here's a little tip for you. Well you can request to be put on a waiting list you should not rely on that alone. If you really want that storage space what you're going to do is check everyday to see if one is available. That I believe is because that information comes up prior to management checking any waiting list. In other words that you may think that you will get possibly the next unit available, one cannot assume that this company has any sort of system in place that will go down the list of people who are waiting for unit and put them ahead of the people who simply look at the website every day. Speaking of which the website this is part of the lack of five stars. This website is not particularly user-friendly. Certainly it is something one can use and I'm sure that whoever built it and it must have been a long time ago they had founded the company that may be variable to add to it or remove items from it but an overall overhaul is what it really needs. Because you might miss something that would seem obvious. And that's how most websites work these days isn't it most users are able to choose many different ways to get to the same option. It just seems that with this website one is forced to do a little bit of searching here and there to find out exactly what you want to do. I'm sure for management it seems to work just well but it seems like it could be improved to make it a little more user-friendly. That's just my opinion maybe everyone else in the world thinks it's just fine I think it's probably way past his prime. Also I would say that these people are very good at responding to your needs. It's a busy office with a lot of clients but they returned calls pretty promptly and if you ever have a problem with logging in at Rosie's self-storage you can be assured that the maintenance man will probably come over to help you get in if you're not able to resolve the issue of an email with the management. Chicken except for those couple of small items I'd say they are 5 store operation but I do wish that they were open later in the evening and I think it would sight could use a little overhaul but it's not that big a deal. What time do edit would have written I hope this works for you.

Nice clean facility. Easy access & lots of paved parking.

The place looks nicer than it is. It's managed by Oregon Coast Property Management and let me just say, DON'T BE LATE ON PAYMENT. 3 weeks late on 1 payment out of a year and the fees have tripled my rent and they're trying to sell my belonging, over being 3 WEEKS late on 1 PAYMENT. Save yourself the stress and go ANYWHERE ELSE.

I don't like the company handling the storage facility.

Warning, do not rent there. It use to be a good storage but since Oregon Coast Properties took over management it has sunk low. That management company are well known for unfair business with the people they rent apartments, houses and storage for. In my opinion they are border on criminal. They over charge, give random over charges and if you complain they pretty much tell they don't care. They do what they want and if you don't like it, they don't care. They are the reason for housing to sky rocket. Everywhere they manage they raise the rent, not a little, but a lot. You will regret it if you rent from them.
