There's nothing that I would recommend for improvement. The guy that rented me the equipment was professional, assisting, and went above and beyond in helping me get my property moved to my new home. If I could give more than a five star review, I would.

The guy running things there was fantastic. Truck was in better condition than other rental trucks I've used before, service was fast and stellar.

I had no problems or issues with my rental experance here. I called to check availability & cost estimate to reserve a truck for a couple of days out. When I arrived the unit was ready and was clean. The check out was easy & timely. Return was taken in a jiffy. I would use these folks again if I need to rent a truck.

I had a move across town on short notice. May the louse of a thousand camels thrive in the pubis of the landlord. All of the small stuff had been moved via several trips with a hatchback. Mid-afternoon on the last Saturday of a month, the Shell Station U-Haul Dealer got me the truck I needed for just five miles and a couple of hours. The truck worked fine and was exactly what a truck should be, but the folks at the shop were stellar, with professional customer service, an understanding and appreciation for the stress and weary I felt, and a willingness to work with what they had on the lot to get my stress relieved.
