Diamond Lake Resort is a rustic and charming escape nestled in Umpqua National Forest with stunning, great, and beautiful views of Mount Bailey and Mount Thielsen. It is a perfect family getaway to escape city crowds, offering cozy cabins, a lodge, and RV sites. It is an awesome place for year-round outdoor adventures, ideal for nature lovers seeking relaxation. In summer, guests enjoy boating, fishing, hiking, and a nearby horseback riding place, while winter brings snowmobiling, skiing, and ice fishing, with the chance to snowmobile from the rooms. It is a great base for exploring Toketee Falls and Crater Lake. The resort brings back nostalgic memories for many. While the scenery is unbeatable, some facilities feel rustic and outdated; some motel rooms and beds have received poor ratings. Service and hospitality are often described as friendly and great, though it can be hit-or-miss. Dining options include a bar and good, awesome food, but the selection is limited and small, especially for picky kids. Overall, it is a place many plan to return to, recommended especially for first-time visitors.
A beautiful place. Walls in the motel are a little thin. Great service. Awesome staff!!

Room 4A in the dark brown building. The mattress protector is disgustingly stained. I don't even want to know what it is and why they wouldn't change it while changing the sheets and bedding after each guest.
