“Good morning,
I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the service I received from Economy Towing & Truck Repair Shop for a recent truck tow.
Although I do not have the name of the person I spoke with, he was very professional, polite, and understanding. After I explained the problem, he sent a truck within 45 minutes and charged me exactly what was quoted with no extra fees or hidden costs.
Having been in the trucking business for 21 years, I have encountered many towing companies that try to overcharge. It is refreshing to work with honest people who still value integrity in this industry.
Thank you so much for your help and honesty. You are great people to work with.
