I have had trouble several times with US Bank and their electronic check deposit 'feature'. They refuse to offer assistance. Instead I get nothing but a run around. As soon as I am able, I intend to close my account and never look back.

The drive up service takes way to long. 15 minutes in line and then the same when it was my turn. This isn't the first time it's been like this. They do have enough tellers, as their were 5 inside not including the lady in her own cubicle area. Had sleeping babies in the car so I couldn't go inside.
