I've never been there I recently saw it on American Pickers which was after it burnt down. I hope all the rebuilding is finished and you have nothing but success.

Wonderful place and a cornerstone of the local community. They did a fantastic job of painstakingly rebuilding and restoring the building after it was horribly damaged in a fire in 2014. It even smells just as wonderful as always in the shop! Do not miss stopping here if you visit Southern Oregon, especially if you are on your way to Crater Lake from the Medford area, it's right on the way!! As for the flours and baking mixes, you can't go wrong with any of them.

This place is way over priced and to top it off they love to have fundraisers. Not sure why a for profit business thinks it's ok to fundraise. I wish I could just throw a fundraiser to remodel my business. I could maybe understand if the did it like a Kickstarter where you could get store credit for your donation but nope. They want us to pay for their remodel and pay high retail for their products.

The mill has been beautifully restored. The structure is amazing. They still have the small store where you can buy fresh ground flour and misc. Items. I took my great grandson with me, he's 12 and was fascinated with it all. While talking to the owner, they offered to give him a tour of the areas where public was not allowed so he really enjoyed that. The only thing I missed was the big water wheel that had been on the back by the creek . I was sad it was not there,it was an integral part of the old mill. But the owners are very nice and we really enjoyed our visit.

An outstanding piece of Southern Oregon history. I have been visiting Butte Creek Mill for three decades. It is a throwback to the past with much to see and good products to buy. It was unfortunately partially destroyed a few years back but it was such a valuable place that its all but back up to where it was and running. It well worth checking it out! And, grab a bag of freshly milled flour while you are there.

Still rebuilding, but the familiar products we remember from years ago. Check hours as they are not open every day.

Wonderful rustic atmosphere! Customer service was impeccable, they have a great selection of spices and delectable mixes made with stone ground flour made on site. Wonderful history detailed throughout the building! Memory enticing aromas from the wood of the building itself to the sweet pickling spice they sell in the boutique shop! Even some goodies for the kiddos, or like me reliving my childhood.

An amazing example of late 19th century construction with just wood. Pegged mortise and tenon throughout.Original volcanic melted granite millstones shipped from France around Cape Horn and moved from the coast via a twin oxen wagon. Not to be missed. Every child should visit and learn the legacy bequeathed to them by these pioneers. Get off the I-5 and support this national treasure that is still milling the old fashioned way!

Employees were friendly and were available to talk about how the mill worked and the different things that happened at the mill. The Mill store has a lot to offer and I would suggest going to the mill to check it out!

We visited unaware that it was not open to the public. The owner happened to be there and graciously gave my friends and I a tour and filled us in on the history of the mill. We will definitely visit again when they open in October. Very interesting place.

Just been watching American Pickers, on your lovely mill building. I’m in the UK, and love to listen to the history of Butte Creek Mill. You must be very proud of y he building, and your community.
