A couple of nights ago, my husband and I drove through to look at a few homes that are for sale in the park. We are selling our current home and relocating from out of town to be closer to my elderly parents. The homes and the park seemed nice enough, so I reached out and scheduled a tour with the park manager, Theresa. My husband and I arrived 10 minutes early to our appointment with our son. When we entered, I had to ask, are you Theresa? No welcome or introduction. Once I confirmed that I was speaking to Theresa, I introduced myself, my husband, and my son. Theresa seemed completely uninterested in building any rapport with my family or getting to know us. In fact, she looked us over in a very uncomfortable manner, meaning judgemental, and her questions and comments made us feel extremely unwelcome. She didn't try to ask questions and understand us and our needs or what we were looking for. She didn't even get up from her desk to greet us or shake our hand. By the way, the office and the community area smells old and musty. Seems unclean and not cared for. She proceeded to tell me that there is a two dog rule and asked if we had pets. I said yes, we have three, but one dog is my Service Animal. She then told me I would need to rehome one of my dogs because they only allow two. I explained to her that is not true because the Service Animal is not considered a pet animal. She argued with me at which point I told her what they are trying to do is illegal. I said nevermind, we are not interested. I really hope in my heart that the owner of this park would not force someone to rehome one of their pets in order to accept a service animal since that is against the law, and I also hope the owner would not want his park represented as sloppy and lazy.

Went to a Birthday Party at the Club house here at Butte Crest Park. It was a great atmosphere, family oriented, good food and fun for all ages that attended. So nice to meet new people that are kind and genuine- I thought they had gone extinct! ( Kidding)

I went to my granddaughter-in laws baby shower here and it's a wonderful mobile home park. It's child friendly, and it's very clean located in beautiful Eagle Point it's a must see to believe kind of place. I give it 5 thumbs up

It seemed like a very lovely, the yards were well-maintained I did ask the person I was visiting there if they own the land, or the space, and they said they didn't .but they own the Mobil home it's self. It seems as if there was a community center when you first entered the park before you went to the direction you needed to go to make it to your destination and a little Park area for children to play although I don't know if there's any age restrictions on this parking I didn't see any kids running around anywhere seem like a very reasonable and inexpensive way to have a nice little home in eagle point.

The mobile homes all look decent from the outside. The park is well maintained. Everytime I have visited, there has been a group of unkempt, unsavory, loud, foul mouthed males outside. They are smoking marijuana. They make it feel like a ghetto. I don't linger outside. I hurry up and get to the door.
