Christina at this branch was an absolute rock star. Best customer service I have had in the valley in a very long time. Took it above and beyond to make sure an error was fixed appropriately. 100/10!

The Chase Bank out here in Eagle Point for the most part is a pretty good place to do business.Most of their employees are friendly and knowledgeable, and can help you get the transactions you need taken care of.The bank manager has recently changed, and we wish her the best getting everything organized for the holidays.... read full comment
