Ashley was wonderful to work with. She is personable, knowledgeable, responsive and thorough. She knows her Southern Oregon market, is an expert at what she does, and communicates promptly and effectively. She went an extra mile in helping me review lengthy documents like Prelim Report and, even after closing, reminded me to insure my home and opened up the home for window covering installation when I wasn’t able to. She is great!

Polly Hendrix- Ashley is by far the best realtor I have dealt with. Buying a house when you are out of state can be very difficult and stressful. Ashley kept us informed, was an excellent negotiator and fought for us to get the property of ours dreams. We looked at many, she was so attentive and truly cared about our “dream property”. When we found it she was all business, she was making calls and obtaining needed information so we could make the hard decisions. We truly value her experience and knowledge of the area.

10 out of 10. I would highly recommend that if you are looking for a realtor that is kind, understanding and truly honest with you, this is where you need to be. Ashley was very patient with us as we navigated our way through this crazy market. Whether we were looking at investment properties, land or our forever home which is what we found. But more importantly we found a forever friend in Ashley, which is how she treated us through the home buying process if you are looking for a realtor that will take care of you. She is it!

Can't say enough about Ashley selling my step mothers home in Eagle Creek. Ashley and her husband worked together to sell the house and all personal items in and out of the house. Once Ashley had the go ahead to sell it took approximately 2 months to move another in the house. I don't know what I would have done without them. Great people

Ashley is the best real estate agent I have ever had, bar none. She is personable and accommodating from the get-go. She does her comps homework before your first meeting with her, and she takes the time to explain everything in terms that are understandable. Ashley is spot-on in her recommendations on how to make your house more marketable before listing. I am convinced that several of the improvements I made to my house before listing, based on her advice, resulted in a quick sale at full asking price. Ashley is generous with her time and expertise. My only regret is that I can't take her with me to my new town/state, as I'm sure she is as capable and caring for buyers as she is for sellers. I whole-heartedly recommend Ashley Jensen for your next real estate experience.

Well I don’t Think there is enough room to write this review. Words can’t explain the amount of knowledge this woman has. If I could write 10 stars and above that’s what she deserves. I’ve never seen a realtor go above and beyond as she has. , I was going through major difficulties in my life and she made this sale of my home (which was one of my most difficult things to do )go as smoothly as it possibly could… she will go the extra mile for your sale depending on what your needs are , knowing that for most it’s not just a house it was your home. Sometimes it could be a easy decision for a client or a hard decision or forced decision , but she will be gentle and knowledgeable every step of the way

I could not be more pleased with Ashley Jensen... and I am a tough person to please!!!!My wife and I purchased a second home in Eagle Point OR. We live out of State and I stumbled on Ashley and LoveOregon quite by happenstance. We bonded over (of all things) our dogs. She gave us valuable advice about different directions that we were considering (all before she became out agent) and then she brought us a great deal. This was a complicated sale as it was in probate. Ashley worked closely with us every step of the way to smooth this process and make it all happen. We never could have done this without Ashley's high level of communication, knowledge, contacts and sheer grit. Ashley helped us find qualified and trusted tradespeople to make the needed repairs/changes to the house. She got us our mortgage agent who worked local. That was the easiest mortgage approval I have ever experienced. She goes above and beyond what one might expect. Trust me... this was a tough process and Ashley kept it all on track. She followed it at each step and kept us informed of what was happening almost on a daily basis. She has a great, optimistic outlook that was not out of place! When things looked more complicated, she kept me on track with her honest, open communications and her great sense of humor. In the end, all that would not have been enough for me. What kicks it over the edge is her vast knowledge of the local real estate landscape, her local contacts, her unmatched professionalism, and her open and honest nature. I do not trust easily but Ashley won my absolute trust at the start of the entire process. I cannot recommend her or L.O. more highly. I am not sure you could do better... she set the bar and that bar is high. You should call her... she will bust her butt for you and you can sleep well at night knowing that Ashley Jensen has got your back.
