“Walmart Eagle Point Pharmacy is the best pharmacy I've ever dealt with. Today review is on Mandi. My AstraZeneca inhaler was malfunctioning AstraZeneca was called and they could not resolve the problem too bad for them. Mandy at the pharmacy got my problem resolved and so many kudos to her. I've known almost all the pharmacy employees for about 10 years and I will never change pharmacies. For all the bad reviews I think we personally need to check ourselves and how we treat people. I have never had a bad experience at this Pharmacy. Love all you guys thank you?”
“visited in June of 2024. After going to Walmart and Fred Meyers to locate multiple household items I went to Bi-Mart and was pleasantly surprised to find the store exceptionally well organized and well stocked with most everything people typically need in terms of household supplies and dry Foods Goods. I will use Bi-Mart as my primary retail supplier for household goods.”

“I never leave reviews. But the sweetest pharmacy tech helped me yesterday. I don’t remember her name but she was tall with curly hair brown hair. I just got out of surgery and had to pick up my meds. She let me sit in a chair while waiting for them to be filled. She saw me in the back of the line writhing in pain, got on the second register, and called me up from the front to give me my medication. I’m sure it was something she does to be kind to people on a daily basis but she has no idea how much it helped me in that moment.”
“Angelica helped me in the pharmacy this evening and was super nice to say the least.Her customer service skills were outstanding ! She definitely gets an A for the day. Especially being on a weekend and busy, she kept her cool end acted as if I was the only customer there, much appreciated when I'm here because I don't feel well picking up my medicine. “Stopped by this feed Meyer while visiting Oregon. Had never been to a Fred Meyer before and I was simply amazed of the size of this place. They literally cover everything from furniture to jewelry to groceries. I think the nearest comparison I can think of is a Costco, but without the need to buy a dozen of something. If you need something, I am sure they will have a version of it.”

“This has been my pharmacy for 20 years and compared to others, it's great. Everyone is helpful and friendly. I have to go at 5pm most time and the line is long, but it usually moves quickly (20 min max for me).The only change I don't like is the phone system will only let you leave a message now instead of waiting for a person. The options are a bit more jumbled, maybe the tree could be simpler?”

“I used to love this pharmacy, they used to be so helpful. Lately now every month there’s something missing (or something wrong) when my mother or I pick up our meds. This place is probably great if you don’t rely on 5+ prescriptions just to function. I appreciate all they do and how nice most of the folks are down there, and I know it’s not an easy job. But I do wish that getting everything sorted was easier for both parties.”

“It’s funny how many people that still complain, still use this pharmacy there to fill their items after they transfer out. They see the grass is not greener elsewhere.It takes time to make sure a prescription is properly treated and filled. IF needed, check out the DROP OFF window before going on the PICK UP line to see if it is in fact READY. Everyone is at fault with their own situations and the workers are there to HELP even under so much STRESS from so much going on.Know that things aren’t done INSTANTLY.so please ask if it’s ready at the DROP OFF window.If you NEVER FILLED A PRESCRIPTION BEFORE, check out the DROP OFF window.I can’t bold the letters but I hope this is helpful for everyone before they wait in a long line for Nothing.There are labels/signs everywhere.Lunch is 1:30-2:30pm”

Edit: I changed my review because I learned from someone that works there what the company expects of the stores and... well I don't want this store to close. So five stars, BUT WALMART NEEDS TO MAKE THE STORES LESS SHORT-STAFFED!!!
Edit: To be honest, some of the reviews are exaggerated or complaining about safety policies that are too high, but will not be reduced due to various reasons. Wow, this is getting long. Also, the layout change is not as bad after a few months.”
