“I never leave reviews. But the sweetest pharmacy tech helped me yesterday. I don’t remember her name but she was tall with curly hair brown hair. I just got out of surgery and had to pick up my meds. She let me sit in a chair while waiting for them to be filled. She saw me in the back of the line writhing in pain, got on the second register, and called me up from the front to give me my medication. I’m sure it was something she does to be kind to people on a daily basis but she has no idea how much it helped me in that moment.”
“I’m giving Jeff one of their pharmacists a 5 star review. I appreciate how he went out of his way to work with my primary care to get my prescription filled. There were specific things that had to be worked out and agreed upon that I don’t want to elaborate on. Jeff did more than he had to and I really appreciate his help and kindness. I do see complaints about fill times and if I had to complain that would be one that I agree on. I’m not sure why that is but I look at the whole picture and say that there isn’t a perfect pharmacy out there. What Costco Pharmacy does do for members is offer a great price reduction for members without insurance. I had to use that option and I’m thankful it was there. So I’m overall very happy with Costco Pharmacy and will continue to use them. Maybe they will smooth out the fill time problem soon.”

Especially being on a weekend and busy, she kept her cool end acted as if I was the only customer there, much appreciated when I'm here because I don't feel well picking up my medicine. They literally cover everything from furniture to jewelry to groceries. I think the nearest comparison I can think of is a Costco, but without the need to buy a dozen of something. If you need something, I am sure they will have a version of it.”

“GREAT JOB EVERYONE. This was one of the best costomer service experiences I have ever had encompasing all businessis I have used today and in the past. Quick and easy. Filled my wifes pain perscription very quickly. I even had to go back in cuz I forgot to update my wife's new insurance. In the menatime they had taken the innative to just look it up on their own... WOW!!!
SIDE NOTE: Went to Wally's first, since they are closer to where we live. I was told they don't fill these kind of perscreptions. Explained to them how my wife was in excruciating pain after a very invasive surgery but they didn't care... WELL... Cascade Pharmacy in White City, OR did care and cared quickly. “The sweetest person answered the phone and helped me get my prescription transferred last minute on a Friday from a pharmacy that didn’t have what I needed til Monday and was closing in an hour also til Monday. I have a horrible ear infection and desperately needed antibiotics. They helped me so much. I had to go to two drs to even get diagnosed, agony all day. He was such a doll. Thank you!!! I hope they know they do great work and are greatly appreciated. The lady at the front desk was also very sweet and caring when I picked up my medicine. The empathy from the employees here is felt.”

“I've use this pharmacy for years. They have always been very friendly and competent. When I really need my meds fast (after emergency or surgery) I let them know and they get it ready fast! They have very busy times and the line can be frustratingly long at times but they don't make mistakes and they keep most of the meds well stocked.”
