“Having some issues getting package delivered to this post office due to usps delay. Not the post offices fault but wanted to leave a review here on the customer service. The lady I spoke with over the phone was very polite and understood the issue I was having and gave me info on what I could do. Great customer service with this post office compared to others I’ve tried contacting .”

“The UPS Store on Delta Waters Road is the only UPS Store I use, and for good reason. Every time I visit, I receive the same exceptional customer service. The employees are always friendly, professional, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile.
In this day and age, consistent excellent customer service is not something you come across often, but this team delivers it every single time. Their positive attitude and dedication to their customers keep me coming back. Highly recommend!”
“Very nice facility. Clean and very well organized. Also, the people were very friendly and efficient. It's obviously a place that prides itself on the highest standard of professionalism and quality of service.”
“Clean ,the owners are straight forward on their agendas and you get what you sighed up for .
Just wish they were open frome 7 to 11 especially in the summer months.”
“I have used this FedEx Ship Center since moving here from California and its the best place in this Valley to get your shipping needs done fast, efficient, and very nice people that work there.”
“This young man is, in fact, the kindest associate I have had the pleasure of encountering. He’s Professional, hard working, and attentive. He’s always present when I come in, assisting everyone, and has been especially gracious in helping me with the fax machines. I would highly recommend seeking out Axel for any of your shipping or printing needs. He is your man. It is a real shame that all the lovely employees here have to endure abuse, and disrespect from rude and entitled customers, such as that odd man, or should I say child, in the reviews. My sincere thanks to all the FedEx Office employees at this location for everything you do, and I hope you continue to keep these customers in line! 👏💪”
“Emilio provided us with excellent service. We had to ship 2 pieces of art from Medford, OR to eastern Canada. He answered all our questions and the shipment arrived this week in perfect condition. Emilio even called today to make sure all went well. We would definitely use this UPS Store again. Excellent service!! Thank you, Dean Byrne”
“Excellent service! I ordered a pallet of rubber nugget mulch from Home Depot, 1100 pounds. Estes scheduled the delivery and kept us informed on the status of the order. The morning of the delivery we received a text explaining that we were the next delivery. The driver, Mark arrived and was able to maneuver the pallet jack through a small space into my garage. I wasn’t sure if I had made enough room for it, but Mark made the placement look easy. Very nice gentleman and awesome to work with. Great job!!!”
“Good parking

“I work with Todd and Jaime very frequently. They always go above and beyond for me and my customers. In my line of work we have a large network of brokers available to us but I refuse to work with anyone except these them. I trust them to move anything, anywhere.”
