3 days in a row and instead of calling to check status of my very 1st order, I drove down there. Long line and told after looking order up, we never got fax from your old pharmacy.I called my doctor in another State, then she stayed on the line whole transferring me to my old pharmacy and they told me 12 pages were sent and here's confirmation. Walked back up topharmacy window to be told, nope we didn't get anything and we are short staffed. Call your pharmacy again. When I asked to speak to supervisor, was told Pharmacist went home sick. I have never encountered such difficulty anywhere else, so I'm NOT going to use Walmart for my family.

They are very nasty and rude to customers who ask to many questions. They don’t give the same information if you talk to two different people about the same thing. If this wasn’t the closest pharmacy to my home I would take my business elsewhere.

Well, for the 3rd time, this Pharmacy has failed to honor my Good RX price. If my prescriptions are under $10, I don't bother with Good RX, but over, I have tried 3 times and it's been denied. First time, it was only a matter of a couple dollars, so I let it slide. 2nd time there was a $20+ difference and no clear explanation, only what we allow must have changed. This time, almost a $14 difference and only explanation given to my husband, who picked it up for me, was it did not apply to this prescription. I opened the bag and checked the name of medicine, quantity, NDC # and the picture of the product, to the one on Good RX and everything was exactly identical. If Walmart isn't going to honor the prices as agreed with Good RX, then why allow them to be posted.Oh yes and when I tried to call, both times, the phone rang 5 min before I hung up.

Walmart Eagle Point Pharmacy is the best pharmacy I've ever dealt with. Today review is on Mandi. My AstraZeneca inhaler was malfunctioning AstraZeneca was called and they could not resolve the problem too bad for them. Mandy at the pharmacy got my problem resolved and so many kudos to her. I've known almost all the pharmacy employees for about 10 years and I will never change pharmacies. For all the bad reviews I think we personally need to check ourselves and how we treat people. I have never had a bad experience at this Pharmacy. Love all you guys thank you?

This pharmacy has gone downhill in the last few years. They have reduced hours though they are not able to keep up with the amount of business they have. They don't keep up with keeping medication in stock or with communication from doctors and the cashiers don't adhere to the rules about wearing masks, but wearing their mask on their chin instead of covering the mouth and nose.

Just spent 10 minutes listening to the phone ringing. Then it hung up on me. I drove down there. 40 miles to find out they are closed. Their weblink says they are open. When I had called customer service, they never said a word when I said it was hanging up on me. MaybeThe first phone message should of been "We are closed today because...."

Decreased hours though they can't keep up with the amount of business they have. They don't keep up with medication in stock or with communication from doctors. The cashiers don't adhere to the rules about wearing masks, instead wear their masks down on their chin leaving their nose and mouth exposed.

Came here for flu shots and Covid boosters for us and our children... the lady had us wait around for an hour just to tell us she could not do it and that she needed proof that we had the first round... but never told us that before hand. Also never came back to give the flu shot to us... extremely upset

They have always been polite and helpful. Every establishment has a sour apple but over all the staff are pleasant and hard working. They are helpful over the phone and in person and prescriptions are usually filled quickly. I personally don't care if I have to wear a mask, but I think it is important to note that this pharmacy is inside of Walmart and abides their mask rules. I use this pharmacy for myself and my kids and we have never had any problems at all.

Horrible customer service, there are plenty of job opportunities in the rogue valley if you don't like your job just quit and go find another one. The angry stumpy little girls you got behind the cash register need to go.

Our experiences with ourFagle Point pharmacy have been great. They are helpful, personable and patient. We do frequent business with them and feel confident using their services and would highly recommend them. We especially like Moroni, Mandy and Nina.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever received. I will never return. Both of the “ladies” I spoke to were horribly rude, not just to me but also to the older gentleman in front of me. I’m amazed they are employed.
