The employees are nice but holy crap are the managers trying to put it out of business! Just about everything in the store is locked up, with about 1/10th the employees available to unlock as needed. No, I'm not waiting 20 min for someone to unlock my $3 item! Switched to curbside to avoid that issue, now I'm averaging 30-40 min in the parking lot for my orders despite checking in on the app before I leave my house.
I give up...anything I can't get at Costco or Fred Meyer even though they are a longer drive I'll live without.

So sad they have locked up so many products it takes twice as long to grocery shop just searching for staff to help unlock all the things you want n no self checkout makes the shopping trip even longer

Aug 2024 update to 1 Star. Totally updated the store virtually everything is locked up you feel like a criminal to shop here you have to wait for somebody to open cabinets, as they hover over the top of you looking annoyed until you make the decision of the final product that you like to have... then they take your items to the front of the store so you have to remember everything that you wanted from a locked cabinet when you get up to the register after you have to stand in line what a mess. Then shopping at this location since I opened prior to this most recent update I would have given it five stars.

We use curbside pick now more then ever since 90% of my shopping list is locked up in a case. I’m all the way in the back Reserve #33 and I checked into curbside pick up through the app over an hour ago. It’s 90+ degrees out here. I can’t run my AC for over an hour. I haven’t seen a single worker come out & there are cars who have been parked waiting before me still waiting. I hope they’re okay in there but I’ve never waited this long. I even tried to call to make sure everything was okay but no one answered.

Grocery pick up is a freaking mess people were nothing but rude. Don’t offer something if you are going to be slow and rude about it. Also they are remodeling and there’s no signs for pick up posted so we’re just here guessing on where to pick up our groceries.

Went shoppin for a midmight and ep police recounted me in and. On the way a woman was etanding by car so i pull over and let use my phone and a aheriff pullef in behind makin sure was allright. Safety 4 police and sherrif. In a one mile radius with all the shootins and suicide gas bombing that didnt go i feel aliile bewildered and wondering if my mother is safe .i guess i can do follow ups on neighbor hood wstch and help keep our crimes in check .and Thanks walmart for being there Keith Rodrigues

I went to buy fishing items at your store and everything in the fishing section was locked up .All I wanted was hooks and sinkers maybe $ 10 worth and some worms .
I pushed the call bottom 5 or 6 times and waited 20 minutes no one came another customer had been waiting longer finely a old cranky women show up was so rude and inconsiderate that we all left and her final words to us were go we make more money not selling fishing item.I never write reviews but this time your employees was way out of line ...you just lost a 30 year customer but like she said who cares will I do

This used to be a good Walmart but with this new remodel and so many more items locked up and taking out the self check full size checkouts is a deal breaker. We already started going to Fred Meyers due to the full size self checkouts being removed and only one checker available. We went last night and found so many more things locked up. There was not one single employee on the right hand side of the store to assist us. My wife skipped the things she needed in cosmetics department and I skipped the spray paint I needed. I also noted many items out of stock on the shelves throughout the store including the grocery department. It is now at the point it just is not worth the few dollars we save to deal with this any longer. With Target, Fred Meyer and Safeway being almost as close, we can find what we need along the Crater Lake Hwy corridor in Medford.
