Not the "helpful Hardware man". My husband ordered a Weber rotisserie for our Weber barbecue. We picked it up November 22. It is defective. The bolts loosen constantly and no amount of tightening will make them stay. The rotisserie falls apart and the food threatens constantly to fall off. The only way to find this out was to use it. My husband tried to return it today, Nov. 27, 5 days after purchase, but the Ace employees say they won't take it back because it is used. He had cleaned it up and re-boxed it for return. The Ace employees claim that Weber won't take it back. We bought the Weber barbecue this past May at the same Ace store to "shop locally". It didn't come with a rotisserie and you have to buy it separately. They are not standing behind what they sell. If Weber won't take it back because we found out that it is defective by using it, they don't stand behind their products either.
