Good old time local grocery store. Very decent hot case. Miss the Kirkland products there but you can't have it all.

Friendly staff, clean, well-organized, sometimes better prices and always a better shopping experience than Safeway. Small but they have most of the basics and some. Local meats and produce is a plus.

We went in because the sign said the sell buffalo meat. We found absolutely no buffalo meat. The freezer case was full of meat packages that all looked freezer burned. I would not buy it for human consumption.

If you can't get to Costco try Dollar Stretcher ....they have a lot of Costco items like meats, paper products, frozen foods, candies, snacks and more, even muffins.

I was visiting a new to area and checked out a local grocery store, I found employees helpful & friendly. I could tell who were the locals as they were addressed by name. I found many items that were also very local one being Bisson meats.

This store is better than the Safeway in town. You can get stuff from Costco too, which saves the trip to Clarkston.
