I really appreciate this group of people taking care of my wife on a road trip 5 1/2 hours away from home and having a separated belt in my rear tire all while hauling a trailer they got her in and out in less than an hour with four tires Thank you, All.

Les Schwab Enterprise saved my vacation. Had a flat while camping, and limped in. They (1) fixed it while I waited, (2) at a much more than reasonable price and (3) could not have been friendlier or more helpful.

My mom's tire pressure light came on in the Wallowa Mountains. When we got back to town, we stopped at Les Schwab. They fully checked the tires right away at no cost. We sure appreciated this.

Great customer service. I had to get my brakes done last minute, they were able to get me in same day and do the replacement. When I had questions, they stayed open for me and worked after hours to make sure I felt safe for a long drive home. I appreciated they way the treated me and helped me understand the problems. (Thanks to Daniel to helping me out!)

On Friday June 13th I had a problem with a bearing buddy coming off on my trailer. Even though they did not have an answer for my problem the office staff and their alignment technician directed me to someone who might be able to help. Their willingness to take the time to help turned what could have been a bad day into a quick solution. These are the kind of people you want to do business with and shows the quality of the company that hired them!

Don’t let technician Toby work on your car cuz he will try to scam you whenever he can. We were on a road trip and one of the tire hit a nail or something started leaking. After the diagnose we decided to change tire. However Toby kept telling me he’s not allowed to just change 1 tire instead we had to change all 4 tires which cost about 1200 especially 2 of my front tires are new Mitchelin tires that don’t need any work at all. Then I asked another guy/manager he told us we can totally just change the flat tire. First time I’ve been to Les Schwab and it’s the worst experience
