They never answer there phones I think someone stole my package and they won’t let me talk to anyone. Also they blamed me for stealing and instead of questioning me they called my mother and sent her into a frenzy. When we said we were going down there they backtracked and said they didn’t have any evidence I stole just that they suspected me this post office is a joke.

This Post Office is a joke small town inefficient. First they advertise employment opportunities as full time when they only have part time avaliable. They want to bait and switch open jobs looking for applicant's. The post office in Enterprise Oregon has adopted the hard core communist standards that seems to be fostered by many of our federal government agencies. The philosophy of the people are enslaved by the our government. I made an attempt to comply with their new ridiculous mail forwarding requirement. Their email, my state issued photo ID and now they want a PC of mail proving my old address and new address. I explained, I am try to get the mail from a previous address they stated they need more proof I am who I am and they have to do this because of all the fraud. The Post Office have joined the ranks of Domestic Terrorists hold the U.S. citizens hostage. My cell phone with their email they sent to my personal email. A State Issued Federal required Star Drivers license with my photo and now they want a letter stating or something proving my past address and new address or I can't get my mail. The attitude these cogs in the bureaucracy of the Enterprise, Oregon Post Office display only amplifies the fact our Government see the public as slave labor to pay their inflated public service benefit package and wage.Is it a wonder they can't hire, dishonest practices and fraudulent policies.

I give 5 stars to the blonde woman that works at the front desk. She is the best and doesn't try to make excuses for my terrible delivery person. 1 star to the woman who can't be bothered to life a 2.5 lb box and falsely claims to attempt delivery, but actually never even drove up the street. 1 star to the squatty lady who can never find my mail at the office when the delivery person won't bring it. 1 star for 2 day shipping always taking 6 days or more. 1 star for sending packages sent to me all the way back to Portland when they already went through Portland to get to enterprise in the first place.

Our mailbox is about 5 ft off from the road, so we don't receive mail for 3 months of the year. The driver will not get out of their vehicle nor drive on a 1/4" of snow. Even in the Summer, our packages will not be delivered. Often, if there is no other mail, the postal worker will write a slip without ever coming out, then slip it in the box the next time they decide to drive up our street. In the past year, I have picked up packages before the slip was delivered. Most recently, I picked up a package two weeks before the slip showed up. The postal worker has also claimed "lifting restrictions" as to why they would not deliver a package when the box weighed less than 10 lbs. I'd give our delivery person 0 stars. The 2 stars is for the nice woman who works at the office. I'd give 5 stars for her. I have heard her appologize to many different customers with similar complaints. Poor gal, aint her fault.

Their phone system does not work. The automated voice never recognized the selection I chose. Kept saying, “We're sorry, I didn't understand.â€
