Packages jammed into mail slot rather than using key or dropping at door step. I would much rather receive a pickup slip than my package being damaged when jammed in.

The carriers are overworked, and by the looks of the review here, under appreciated. Only one if the carriers is bad, but they shouldn't be lumped in with all the good employees!

Not being open for even a few hours on Saturdays makes this place very hard to deal with. Most people in this town work more toward Portland during the week and getting there before 5pm on weekdays is tough. Oh and by the way it better not be at 5pm on the dot because the retail area will be closed. They should be open until noon on Saturdays. Additionally the letter carrier that serves our home won't attempt to deliver items that I know that will clearly fit in our dramatically oversized mailbox and won't even consider driving the extra 30 sec to our door. Just poor service all around.

Ordered a LootCrate, when it came in the mail, the carrier put it in the regular mail slot instead of giving me a key for the package cabinet. As a result, I had to tear the box of collectibles open and remove them, then cut it out of the mail box. Before you say it fit when the mail carrier put it in, the side the mail carrier puts mail in doesn't have individual doors like the user side does. I tried for 15 mins to get it out without tearing the box, but to no avail.
