Had randy out to butcher a cow of mine. He was very efficient from the kill to having it hanging in the fridge and the processing. I have all sorts of steaks and burgers now.

We bought Beef Short Ribs to make for Christmas dinner. Seriously, it's the best quality meat I've ever had the pleasure to cook with. Their prices are extremely competitive to most all grocery stores, but the quality is heights above everyone else. Highly recommend! I'm so glad we have finally found our local butcher!
