The 5th Street Public Market is a historic marketplace home to unique local shops, restaurants and eateries. Open air courtyards, a soothing fountain and fun events throughout the year make it a perfect place to gather. Many ethnic foods and products are available and free music and free movies for families can be found in the Alley according to the schedule. It is a great place to stop and shop, to walk through and see what’s out there, to shop for gifts, have a great meal and pick up something without running all over town. Located in central downtown Eugene, it is a fun place to meet up with folks and enjoy a lot of shops and places to eat.
This place is too fun! The toy store is confused about what to charge and us great prices as a result! We got arm loads of stuff for the nephews for what 1 thing would not all cost.
candy was a bit pricey but otherwise.

This is my go-to spot whenever I’m in Eugene. The food selection is amazing—everything from fresh sushi to French pastries. The architecture gives it a very cozy, European feel. It’s clean, well-maintained, and has a wonderful energy. Highly recommend stopping by for lunch or a coffee!

I love this market. Lots of great independent stores. Parking can be tight, but there are a lot of parking lots within easy walking distance.
