There’s something about walking into a 7-Eleven, grabbing what you need, coming up to the register, and the employee doesn’t even make eye contact or acknowledge your existence. Just tells you how much your items cost and very clearly hates their job and life. A message to the short haired red/brunette woman who works on weekdays at 10 am: yes, I get that you hate your job, but when someone walks up to you at the counter and says hello while making eye contact, pretend you care. It will save future bad reviews like mine. And to be clear, this wasn’t once. I’ve encountered this same woman, around the same time of day, in the same unfriendly demeanor about 6 or 7 times in the past year. Never walking in again, I can buy coffee and donuts at 10 other places.
Update: 7-11 responded below not with an apology, but with “that doesn’t sound right”. I’ll let them know more, but way to miss the mark 7-11 Corporate. I think a non-response would have sat better.

It's definitely an easy in and easy out place to get all of the snacks that you need in a quick timely manner with great customer service. And the store is clean

Good place. Employees are friendly, and the prices are cheap. What can I say, it's 7/11. It's busiest around midnight and quiet at 3pm. The hot food isn't the best, but given how cheap it is, it's worth it. You probably aren't gonna find much health food here, but if you're a college student pulling an all-nighter, a drunk frat bro looking to keep the party going, or a hungry tweaker at 2 am-- 7/11 is the place for you.

It’s a 7/eleven. They have all of your midnight snacking need. Where else are you going to go walk to to get 1am nacho? The clerk tonight was incredibly courteous, especially considering that he had just dealt with a huge wave of drunk college guys.

I'd rate zero if I could. The employees rock. It's a shame their management wants people to die if they're chronically ill. Banning masks from inside the store isn't even legal I'm pretty sure. Will be reporting this!

Went in at night to get a snack, employee was quite rude, after a few minutes of browsing, she insisted I had been in the store too long and rushed me out. Needless to say, I will no longer be doing business with this establishment.

5 stars. Been going there for years and it's a respectable 7-11Phoning does seem to be the only waffling factor. But they're busy AF. There's a ten story college student dorm directly across the street and bums hanging around the area 24/7. Kiddos for being as nice and respectful as they are despite all that

This is by far the best seven eleven I have ever been to, the woman who was working was very helpful and made my day with a kind word? the store is clean and orderly and well stocked. They had everything I needed and more. It was busy but the cashier worked quickly and efficiently on both registers simultaneously to get everyone checked out in a timely matter!! Most seven elevens are about the same but what sets this one apart is the employees, she made all the difference and ensured that I will always choose this store to get what I need. I highly recommend best convenience store in Eugene ????
