I would love to do this place less than a star if that was possible. My service dog and I decided to stop in for a snack on a Sunday since most restaurants were closed. I ordered the meal deal with the big bite and large drink. Got my dog a jerky steak. And also bought two donuts. Once we have made our purchase we walked outside and sat down on the curb outside of the way of cars so that my dog and I can enjoy our food. Not even 3 minutes later your employees turned on the sprinkler system. This is the rudest act I've ever had at 7-Eleven. I suggest you get better employees are you a quickly lose all of your customers with that kind of behavior. It was downright inhumane. Have I been causing any problems or been in the way, an unruly rude homeless person in dirty clothes or something like that... Then maybe I could have understood the complete and utter lack of customer service. As soon as I tried to take pictures they also turned their sprinkler promptly off. This was no act of a series of unfortunate events. I'll be adding my posts and complaints till something is done. I did nothing to deserve this cruel treatment by that old man with long hair at your counter of any of the other two employees I saw today.

Used to love shopping here now, the clerk treats everyone like they are a thief. My elderly father was reading labels and specs on products. He was reading the speed of the chargers when the clerk kept pushing if we needed his help. Eventually, he said we were taking too long, and we needed to pay for our items, then leave, and kinda blocked us like he thought we were going to leave with the items. Mind you, we are long-term customers and have always paid. The graveyard shift needs to learn manners and not lose long-term customers who are loyal to their store

I’m a mixed race girl. One of those races is Indian. I understand Hindi fully. I was looking for medicine and they started speaking Hindi which I understood. Basically one dude asked if I was standing there still and to “watch me”. It was weird. This place is weird. 7/11 sucks now.

Watch the price at the register. They are always trying to mark stuff up higher than the shelf price. I avoid this place like the plague.

DO NOT CASH LOTTERY TICKETS AT THIS STORE!My girlfriend and I had won $83 in scratch-off lottery tickets. We had scanned these tickets in the Oregon lottery app and totaled out $83. We went in to this 7-Eleven and walked up to the clerk to cash in our tickets. He started scanning the tickets and when he was done, he set the lottery slips on the counter in front of us. He was adding them up and had taken our biggest winning ticket of $45 and tried to hide it behind the register. He then grabbed a calculator, hit a few buttons, then announced that we won a total of $54. I knew we had won more, so I asked to count the tickets. He was very unhappy that I asked to recount myself. He tossed the tickets across the counter at me. As I picked them up and started counting out loud, I ended up with a grand total of $83. The same total that the Oregon lottery app told us. At this point he had no customer service whatsoever and counted out the money, handed it to me, then tried to walk off. I stopped him and asked for a receipt. These receipts usually have the cashier’s names on them. He had hit the reprint button on the printer and gave us the reprinted copy that didn’t have his name on it. No ‘have a good night’ or ‘see you next time’ or even a simple ‘thank you’ was given after he gave me the receipt. Very poor experience and very poor customer service. DO NOT GIVE THIS STORE YOUR BUSINESS.

Useless store card reader doesn't work for NFC pay and they never answer their phones. So if you plan on calling them before going in go somewhere else because the waste your time

I don’t like being that person but the last two times I went in they manually changed the price upfront a couple dollars more than what the price tags say. They also don’t honor their mix and match sales… they say it has to be the same to count.. And it’s only a few more dollars more but why not just list them as that price rather than change it at the register
