Well on 8/17/24 I had posted a review on how horrible my experience @ this particular 7-11 was & how things went so wrong. Well that night after I got off work I went in & talked to the person that was on shift & explained to her what had happened
Sherri was absolutely amazing she was absolutely awesome. She took my name & number * time of transaction told me that it would probably be the next day before ahe Got back to me bcuz it would take a little while fornher to be able to gonthrough the video andnsee what happened. Well she got back to me today need to see the transaction o my end once more. Lets just say she handled my issue like a PRO. With that being said I think she might have been the store manager. She completely took care of my issue & corrected the mistake from earlier & when I walked out of the store this evening I was very satisfied with the service I received & was a happy customer. If she IS NOT THE STORES MANAGER, REALLY SHOULD BE.
So they charged my Ol' Man $14.26 last night around this same time (8/17/24 @ 5pm) for 2 12 oz cans of RED bulls & 1 slice of pizza. Let do some math here
$6.30+$1.29=$7.59 now multiply that by 2, equals $15.18!Now if you minus my 7-11 rewards it would come out to $14.26. I am not happy about that @ all! That caused my bank account to end up I the negative margin. & I didn't even get the other 3 Redbulls.

The cashier this morning was watching a movie on her phone very un attentive. I had to ask her twice for a quarter pound big bite and it took her about 30 tob45 seconds to respond. She had to get buns from the cooler which was very hard to eat and also the dogs looked like they had been in the warmer all day and all night. They were black and wrinkley. As I was leaving I told her to have a good morning and she was watching her phone movie and reply at all.

I used to love coming here almost everyday, sometimes twice a day. But within the last few weeks I've noticed a HUGE change. It all started when the manager Nicole quit. I know you're thinking how much of a difference can one person make but let me tell you now this store is just like all the other convenience stores, a questionable stop at best. Whereas before it was special and welcoming and I knew that without a doubt that she was doing her job to the best of her ability every day and with a smile on her face. Like right now I just bought some donuts and they were stale as all hell something like that wouldn't have happened if Nicole was still working here.Starts chanting:.**Bring NICOLE back****Bring NICOLE back****Bring NICOLE back**please
