There is a guy who works here, that is pays an unusual attention to my 10 year old daughter. He told me and her she was so beautiful, he will wait to open his register while people get rung up, until we are 2nd in line and call us over. We will never come here again. Please, watch your young children.

Desperately tried to convince me that a deal on a sticker on the front door was not valid ($1.99 Velo plus). Attempted to make me buy two. I had to argue and eventually succeeded. I'll be stopping at the new location a couple blocks down from now on.

This store should receive zero stars. I was literally accosted by the so called "manager" about leaving my kids in the car while entering the store. Mind you, by law, my children were old enough to not only be alone in my car that is parked directly in front of the store window in fair weather temps, but old enough to be in my car with his siblings. She then refused service to me because she did not like being told to mind her business. I was then harassed and threatened by a 6 ft. male employee on my way out. I never shop at 7-11, and will certainly refrain from giving them any business in the future. What a joke!

I recently was in the store at Bertelsen and was helped by a very nice woman. She was witty and had a positive outlook on things. She was very helpful and knew all about what they had for sale there. I hope that the store owners appreciate a employee like her. Her name tag said Bobie. I look forward to her helping me again

The 7/11 is trash. The employees are trash! These employees need to be fired! I am getting a lawyer for how I was treated! I am going down to the police station on Monday to file harassment and bully charges on the employees. If this is how you want your employees to treat people. You will lose business!

I just DoorDashed from here and my driver called to tell me the slurpee they gave him was nothing but liquid and to have him tell me “it just melted…” Thankfully my Dasher was kind enough to go to another location and get me a new one.

I would rate higher but I literally can't stand going to this location anytime during the evening because the store next to this 7 eleven (Custom Audio) blasts "Baby Shark" on repeat all night every night. It's so obnoxious. And they BLAST it. I've been able to hear it blocks away. I know it's not technically 7 elements fault. But as a neighbor to Custom Audio, I wish they would request the noise pollution to stop. Especially since it plays super loud ALL NIGHT LONG. Even past the noise ordiance time of 10 pm. They apparently do it to keep the homeless people away, which is so horrible and disgusting in its own right. But they are also driving away 7 eleven's customers.

Love this store and the employees! They are always super nice and helpful . I've definitely seen some pretty awful customers in the store and the people there are always dignified and respectful even when the customers aren't.
