I PAID for a product but he did not put bottles in a bag or offer. Probably bc he would’ve demanded money to do so. Well, it fell out my truck and he refused to replace or even discount it in any way and literally said to me “I hate that word “discount”. My reply to him “well I hate that word liability, do you?” Those kind of owners of those stores give themselves a bad reputation. GO ELSEWHERE! Bc I also guarantee their prices do not match what the register rings it up for too…. Js. I Know from lots of experience ✌🏻❤️

Terrible service. Their card reader declined every card we gave it between two people and 5 different banks. We asked to be moved to the other, and the attendant said no. Made us pull cash from the ATM with the SAME CARD we started with and with the ATM surcharge. The attendant was also snarky and unfriendly prior to the car reader issues. I understand that it is 7-Eleven, but give me a break. I've had plenty of 7-Eleven workers be friendly and helpful elsewhere. The service at this one just sucks.

I have been asking for certain sandwiches that I see fly off the shelf at another store, 16 oz bud ICE Cans months no response. Everyday I ask everyday I get a blank stare!

The two new guys that work nights scowled at me when I walked in, never felt tense walking into an 711 before and one of them blatantly ignored me. I will not be spending money at this location at all with such poor customer service.

The lady that works at night. Was extremely rude. She seemed like I was wasting her time and she had better things to do than helping customer. Something needs to be done. I have to go there every day before work. Hate to go anywhere else cuz I'll be inconvenient.

Good luck getting them to answer the phone when they do there rude as hell and they was vaping inside im pretty sure they had whiskey in there cup horrible customer service and they was rude to the vet inftont of me calling him a killer and his money was no good there

I hate this place. Tweakers and rude cashiers. The market next door is so much better and cleaner. I went to this place tonight only because it was late and it reminded me again why I dislike it.

I've never been so impressed with the customer service of a cashier at any convenience store as I was this evening, so I'd like to give a 5 star shout out to Logan at the North River Road location. He really went above and beyond answering my questions about what times the store is available to deposit money into a cashapp account.It was refreshing to speak with an employee at a place of business that really made me feel like they cared about my experience as a customer, and didn't just shrug me off when presented with an issue. Thank you!!

went in for a quick snack, talked to brett for a little bit, such a funny guy loved the atmosphere! i usually go to dari mart late night but will definitely be coming back here all the time now. Somebody give him a raise!
