Says their hours are 7am to 11pm but they lock up at 10:30pm and stop serving customers. Litterally talked to the attendant about it.

I tried to call the phone number to check if their atm is working and found a voicemail of a boy who says this is not 76 but a 16 year old boy’s phone. Y’all should fix this.

I tried to use the Fuel Forward mobile online application by using the credit card purchase in order to pay for the fuel. The owner of this gas station said that I would need to have to prepay the payment inside.Due to insufficient access in order to hook up with the mobile app, I was not able to use the app. I had to use my credit card manually in order to pay for the fuel.There is only one gas station in Springfield that is on main Street near 42nd Street that will accept online mobile payments. So far I've come across about 3 of the 76 gas station that does not have Mobile online compatibility.

The clerk behind the counter named Shyanne refused to service a customer because she let her own family drama get in the way of making a profit for the store and the customer wasn’t even related to her. Had no family connection or anything. She is just having a vendetta out towards anyone that is friends with her family members she has issues with. In my opinion that is very unprofessional and childish. I think that the manager needs to have a talk with her because it wasn’t right of her to do that when the customer did nothing wrong to her. I will not be using your gas station anymore and I will be telling my friends and family about the incident. I think you guys need some professional coaching on how to do customer service correctly and stop hiring people who can’t be professional.

I love the people that work here, most of the employees who work here are super respectful, although there's one employee who is super disrespectful, her name is Suzy, she always has a very mean look on her face, her attitude is negative everytime I see her. I am always very nice to her and she just doesn't know what good customer service is obviously. My partner even walked into the store one day, the floor was wet, there was no wet floor sign, and he slipped, the first thing she said to him is to leave his backpack by the front door. Him and I come to this store every day. We never steal. The manager knows us very well, and still this girl wasn't even worried about my partner slipping. She raised her voice at him to leave his bag by the door. She didn't even ask if he was okay. Just a really mean person who has nothing but dirty looks and a horrible attitude. I really don't understand how people like her are still employed.

This place has deteriorated over the past years. One employee all day and no one pumping gas. Get actual employees and fix your freakin door.

I live nearby and would like to utilize the convenience store, however the employees close whenever they want. Sketchy vibes and the turnover is frequent. I’ve heard several times that they have no manager or are overworked or understaffed for extended periods of time. I feel bad for the people who work here. Seems like a franchise forgotten by the owner, kinda odd. As there is no other convenience ish store in the neighborhood, this is disappointing to say the least.

I would avoid! We live close to this location and everyone o know has had a bad experience here. They once left my gas cap off and drove around for days wondering what was wrong with my car. Then they refused to pump my gas after I had surgery. Always looks like a tweakers are working there and no one wants to work. When my sister went there the attendant let gasoline spray everywhere with two babies in car and people smoking near by. It's a nightmare there.

Pulled up around 8:20 in the morning and I saw them look at me through the door and go back to whatever they doing, I waited another five minutes and nobody came out so I left. Horrible customer service.
