the facility and folks at the office are fantastic on Willagilespie Rd.the folks on the phone with the road side service could be better, you might as well have AI talking to you, kind of horrible

Always pleasant dealing with the people there. It was near closing time and they still helped us. I knew it was late and we weren't hurried out. We made sure we did not keep them though.

Great care was given to us, Friday evening 9/30/22, when our vehicle was disabled about 8pm on Territorial Hwy., west of Junction City. Two follow up calls were made and the link AAA sent over, allowed us to view our A+ Towing driver’s progress in real-time to rescue us!! Thanks a bunch AAA of OREGON ~ you amazed us‼️

In Eugene they always say 1-2hrs. Last 2 times I needed assistance or was closer to 10mins for a tech to arrive.
