I have notes in my account that says not to call mornings because I work evenings. When do they call me mornings every month. I talked to the manager when it was a lady and told her my payday was after the first week of the month she said it was okay and that I could pay then and they wouldn’t call me in the morning. I had just worked a 14 hour shift and got a call last morning at 8am, then 8:45am I believe. I had only been asleep for a little and I have to leave my phone on for work. I was not happy, the manager he was so rude. Aarons customer service has really gone down the toilet. This will be my last purchase there I won’t deal with this again. Good thing it’s a recorded line and they can hear the rudeness.

Go to make a payment at 10:30 and store doors are locked. Called into store and told only manager has keys to door and he was on the phone.

You received one start because I have to put at least one. People saying this place is understanding and lenient is a total lie. I bought a fridge last year And knew better than to go to them again. The men are straight up disrespectful (not Michael). My payment are scheduled 22nd and they hound you and call so many times from the 15th on that you want to return everything. It takes Everything I have not to flip out. I would never ever recommend this store to anyone. They will bother you on holidays, weekends and before 8 am. Before your payment date. They are absolutely NOT WORTH THE TROUBLE. TO BAD ABBY LEFT.

Horrible service. Was told I could get two things then filled out appli action denying me. Don't say one thing and then go hide in the office.. I left because the computer said I was denied. I wasn't talked to afterward.

We have a Friend who rented from this Company and had to return an item that she had for awhile. It was clean when returned but the problem is this Company Charged her another month after she returned it! And now they are refusing to return her money and they won't even return her phone calls. This sounds like a very shady Company and I would advise against using them in the future.
