My girl Betty went to Calliber July 14th after some dingus decided to hit her while parked, no braking, at 30ish mph. Stood up to the impact pretty well! July 16th got an update on my vehicle, lots of regular updates all greatly appreciated. August 4th we found out the corner frame part that needed replaced was on backorder until September 1st which SUCKED but was not callibers fault.
I was still getting very helpful regular updates, unfortunately all they could say was 'the part is still on backorder' over and over again. Again not callibers fault, i requested the updates stop until something changes.
Calliber made extra effort when my family was able to source the last 2 frame parts in the country, but unfortunately they were snatched up before they could get them. I get it, again sucks but not callibers fault.
September 1st I got a call that the frame part had come in and I would get calls Tuesday and Thursdays with updates. That happened until my Service person went on vacation (i get it, please take vacation, not the problem)
When she came back it was radio silence until I called and asked for updates. I always waited until late wednesday and late friday to call in case they were just backed up, but i didnt get any information until I called.
Betty is back home today, pick up was a little bit of an adventure as I had to organize rides to go and get her on very short notice and working with other peoples work schedule. The car looks and runs fantastic, no complaints.
My only complaint is about the communication at the tail end of all this. Which is why theres a ding as far as stars go.
Also to the guy that hit me and then ran, you suck.

Aubrey & Mercedes did a great job getting my car fixed and back to me in a quick fashion. They explained the warranty and helped bill my insurance. Would recommend them highly.

Great staff on this site. Mike was the one in charge of my car and he kept me so well informed. When the system glitched and I called for clarification, he was so patient with all my questions. This past month was my first time interacting with Caliber Collision. The process was streamlined, easy, professional & honestly the ‘best part’ about being sideswiped. Their communication was incredible from the beginning. I can’t tell you how great their service was. The people were kind, courteous, Pleasant to talk to, always smiling. I don’t have a lot of experience with having my car fixed, but I definitely would recommend them.

Nobody wants to have to visit a body repair shop, but Caliber Collision made the experience as pleasant as it can be. Good communication by text (my choice) kept me informed of progress, they phoned when necessary, shuttled me back home after drop off, and picked me up on the day of collection.
