I have been using Ace to cash my pension checks since a glitch occurred in my regular bank account. The two ladies who helped me last month were incredibly nice. One is a black lady, and one is a white lady, but I do not have their names.This was around or about October 13, so if somebody who reads this is supervising them, they are A+. Thanks a lot.

The staff at Ace Cash Express are phenomenal!!! I have been using their services for about 30 years. They all go above and beyond to help their customers however they can!!! I'd like to give special mention to Mandi, an efficient, hard working, kind, helpful, knowledgeable and considerate lady!!! Thank you Mandi from the bottom of my heart, your the best!!! Great establishment!!!

Brandi was absolutely phenomenal. I had just gotten off a 19 day fire assignment and was in desperate need of cash and every place I had been to wasn’t able to cash my check but Brandi went above and beyond with a smile first thing in the morning. On top of that she arranged for a mobile phone repair to come fix my phone that had been broken on fire assignment out of kindness. Incredible staff and incredible services and honestly my day was made after being a customer at Ace. Will absolutely return.

I have had to get a cash advance every so often and Karen has helped me the past few times. She has always made every interaction quick and easy. No one likes going to ask for money but Karen makes it really simple and is always extremely nice and helpful! Thank you so much Karen keep up the awesome work!

I am always happy when I come into this location! The ladies are always super nice and there is always a good vibe in the building.I’ve worked with both mandi and Karen and they are Knowledgeable and they know what they are doing. I’ve never not left with a smile and everything taken care of! Thank you ladies for your great customer service it’s honestly hard to find these days!

Everytime we go in there Mandy & Karen always go above and beyond to make sure that Michael and I are taken care of plus Mandy always puts Michael in his place when it comes to me. I love THAT REALLY Do!!

Mandi and Karen were such a delight and helpful...I only went in to cash a security deposit check but I think I will be banking through them. Not only was I comfortable but the whole atmosphere was pleasant including the customers who needed help and the patient ones waiting. God bless this staff and State, go ducks !

Mandi, the Customer Service Representative is truly Amazing, she sets a great example in showing exactly how to treat every Customer who comes through the doors of Ace Cash Express. Mandi focuses her time and energy on making sure that every one of her Customer's needs are met in a timely fashion. I also had the opportunity to see the management of Ace Cash Express and they interacted with their Customers, I was (and still am) very impressed by their professionalism and the caring manner that was shown to each person that came into their business. This is a winning team, with Mandi the "Rock Star" Customer Representative, and a Management team that's dedicated to Excellent Customer Service. Excellent Job ACE Cash Express.

The staff that work at this Branch are amazing. Every time I come in they are always very nice and willing to help with whatever I need. Karen is such an awesome person and this company is lucky to have her. She's very knowledgeable and honest and above all she makes it a point to know your name and asked about events and people in your life.
