Love Jerry's. Bought paint in April for kitchen and Andrea was so helpful and guided me through what I needed. She was great. Love the garden section. Jerry's is the best home store.

Lots of stuff for projects: electrical, plumbing, flooring, bathroom, remodeling, deck, nail, screws, nuts, bolts, tools. Also, a lumber yard and garden center. There are plenty of parking and food options in front of the store.

The employees are knowledgeable, which I wish I could say about certain other home improvement stores. They take the time to make sure you have the answers/items you need. They also have price matching, which can help the pocketbook. I only wish they actually had their inventory online so that you could see if they had what you need in stock before making the trip there.

Over the years I’ve been to Jerry’s scores of times. Always had a great experience.I stopped in yesterday afternoon and I’ve got to say the greater that welcomed us was over the top helpful and friendly!He is a great advocate and first impression of you store ….. well done!

I’ve been having a hard time finding tile for my shower niche/ bathroom renovation and drove from Roseburg to see what they had. They do not have a “shopping” website, so if you want to see what they have you need to make the drive. It’s May and the parking lot is lined with beautiful pink Cherry Blossoms. When you walk into the store it is so neatly set up. They have things all over the place, but the design aspect is carefully thought out. It’s a cool home improvement store. As for tile, they have an aisle with a selection of tile, then they have a large selection of samples from local tile companies tiles. When you find one you are interested in, you tell the store clerk and they will look up the price for you. Overall, a very nice Home improvement store with a great selection.

Jerry’s is our go-to home improvement spot! They always have an amazing selection of things for all projects and at great prices. The staff is always very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Their customer service is top notch and makes returns a breeze.

I had a good experience shopping there. The ladies in the garden center were helpful and knowledgeable. They have the best variety of all the home improvement stores in town. The only minor complaint is the high prices. Paying 30% more than the competition is pretty steep.

Great local hardware store. Just like Home Depot but locally owned and generally more knowledgeable. For some reason they don't have a website which is bizarre and can make it difficult because if your not sure that they have something there you have to call and get someone to to check. If they put up a website this place is 5 stars all day.

Jerry’s is the best home improvement store around. It has the helpful knowledgeable staff and small town feel of your local hardware store. Yet it has the selection and prices that compete with the two big chain hardware stores.Customer service is top notch and they are very good at returns as well. Even as a smaller business they will NOT be undersold and they gladly price match other stores including online.

The obvious reason to shop at Jerry's is that it's not a mega chain, the less-obvious reason to shop at Jerry's is it's the only place within 2hrs of Newport to get an illusive *Chrimstas* cord or a trager correctly sized for a six-year-old! All joking aside I love Jerry's, made me secret duplicate keys for my father in laws truck no questions asked, had a 36' telescoping pole for killing spiders from a safe distance, etc. Everything Jerry's has or does is just a little bit "extra". On my last hardware store adventure to Eugene, the orange and blue stores each had about three bathroom towel racks in stock, Jerry's had about 20, Thanks Jerry's!

OK, flooring department fellow gave me a quote from a sale price telling me it was good for a year. Scheduler told me "... if you are not serious, don't waste our time..." Today, I was there to confirm and was told price jumped almost $400 and the sale price was only good for two months... really? Not going there again...

Best hardware store in town. Always amazing service and friendly staff. I’ve never had a problem finding anything at the Hwy 99 Location. I just really wish they had a mobile app available but otherwise a good in-store experience.

Great place to find tons of items to accomplish most projects. It seems like it’s always easy to find a staff member to help point me in the right direction. Also I never get hassled about returning items, which is nice. This Jerry’s is at least 4 times as good as Lowe’s and probably 10 times as good as the Home Depot lol.

Jerrys claims to match prices..NOT TRUE At ALL....lowes & hm depot have extraordinary black friday sales going on & jerrys refuses to match..they claim its because hm depot & lowes has bigger buying power & they don't get the same price points as the larger competitors do...so my gift card is not as valuable as it would be @ lowes or home depot...sad to say better NOT HEAD TO JERRYS it's a scam & they do not do as they advertise...32 years using jerrys & I'm done waisting money & time trying to be loyal to a locally-owned buisness..plus they cheat there employees.....better head to hm depot or lowes better prices & bigger savings...not to mention way better selection.......
