I've been going to this pharmacy for 20 years, and I have been pleased with their service. I would give a 5 star rating if they would open the second window for service when there are more than 3 customers waiting in line. I have seen plenty of rude, impatient, and unreasonable customers, so my hat's off to the workers for keeping their cool.

They Never answer the phoneThey Don't follow Dr directions but rather do what they wantThe chubby long haired Red Head is just as rude as they comeThey could care less about you or your familyThis Pharmacy has gone straight down hill in the last few years, it used to be great. I can't believe how long the lines are, there's never enough staff or should I say quality employees. They blame BiMart closing but there's been problems at this location for a lot longer. Funny 5 years ago with the same amount of people they did just fine. What you have here are a bunch of self entitled id10ts who care about no one but themselves.

Inadequately staffed, slow, long lines, and frustrating. But nice people.

I recently switched to Savon for several of my prescriptions because the prices are better than at Rite Aid and Fred Meyer, particularly in conjunction with GoodRx. Savon staff are usually easier to get ahold of on the phone than at RiteAid and they are helpful, but picking up has been painful: I waited over half an hour the first time and almost half an hour the second time I picked up, with transactions averaging 7 minutes - and this was with customers not needing pharmacist counseling. Furthermore, the way the pharmacy is set up, it appears that there is nowhere to put a second cashier for when wait times are long. I would encourage them to analyze what slows things down and figure out how to improve these and/or invest in a remodel and the addition of a second cashier. In the meantime to keep my sanity I bring a book to read and keep reminding myself that I’m saving a lot of money. On one prescription I save $140 compared to RiteAid, and on another, $30.

There’s a few nice people here, the pharmacists usually are the nice ones. some are very rude and short, they also don’t update their hours, can be frustrating when you get the text that your prescription is ready after they’ve already closed and they don’t answer the phone almost ever so you can check and make sure they’re open before driving there.

As I write, I have been sitting here dialing this pharmacy again and again, each time being routed to their "mailbox," which is, as always, "not accepting messages at this time." The reason I'm calling is that a new prescription order has been "in process" since mid-morning. It is now late afternoon, and the message on my Sav-On homepage still says "should be ready soon." By soon, I assume that Sav-On means before the sun burns out because it certainly doesn't mean in a few minutes or even in a few hours. This kind of service from the West 18th Eugene Sav-On isn't the rarity but the norm. I dialed many time before starting this review; I've continued to dial while writing this review, and I'm still being routed to their eternally "not accepting messages at this time" mailbox.

Need to update closing times on Google maps. Says they're open until nine on weekdays, when they actually close at 7.

Worst customer service. They like to do their own thing, not according to DRs prescription. This is with regards to a childs seizure medication that they chose not to fill the increase sent by DR so we ended up with only 2 weeks worth and the lady pharmacist couldn't of cared. The DR called a new script in and they just didn't fill or order so now AGAIN we are having to deal with an a severly incomplete month. The man could care less!!!

It would be nice if someone would pick up the phone over there. You can't even leave a message and no one ever answers the phone.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. This is without a doubt the worst place to try and receive medication. Every time I come here there is a problem. The staff is rude and incompetent. I was once told that I wouldn’t be helped because I was “on the phone,” when I simply had the phone in my hand. I told them this much and they told me I wouldn’t be helped until the phone was put away???? Now, while in the throws of a migraine, when I have already been here twice today, they tell me that they don’t know if they will have time to fill prescriptions when the line was very minimal and there was more than one person there. I heard the clerk chuckle after I left to the following patron after I pleaded with him to try and get this filled. It’s disheartening to be treated like you don’t matter when you are suffering in pain. Please go elsewhere!

Website says they accept walk-ins for flu shots. So I walk in and they say it's appointments only. Go figure.
