My heartfelt thanks to Action Automotive, 1491 W. 6th Ave., Eugene, OR 97402. Owner CRAIG, and his professional colleagues spent 4 years helping my daughter maintain her car. We, her parents, were in Colorado, and the techs at Action Auto treated our daughter with respect and honored her maturity as a young woman. If you could look up "going the extra mile" in a dictionary, you'd see a picture of Action Automotive. Knowledgeable, transparent and efficient. We needed a new mechanic, and tried them based off their Google reviews, and we're so glad we did!
