When I called this location, I expected to get some information, however, I got a partner who helped with the research of how I can do what I needed. I could not have met this deadline without David. We order cylinder tanks for medical lasers at my office. I went from ordering from a big national company to working locally with AirGas and it has made everything so much smoother! I hate going here but I love bubbly water too
much to not get refills for my C02 tank done here, and since I saw a sign hanging in their business requesting reviews, here you go. During my most recent experience with them I noticed that their primary focus was on correcting my jargon instead of answering my questions. I called ahead and asked if they had any 20 pound C02 tanks for consumption available for me to pick up, since the last couple of times I stopped by I had to go to the Springfield location to get one. The response was “the 20 pounds tanks are always for consumption.” And because my question was still unanswered, I asked again. “do you have any available for pick up” and he responded with “yes, we always do.” Which is not true, and why I had to go to their Springfield store the last couple of times I needed to trade a tank in. So if you ever have a hankering to be treated like an idiot for just asking reasonable questions this is your place. Enjoy!

David was very helpful to my new to welding and needing extra help than a usual customer. I feel like I was helped saving money with no loss to safety or quality. With welding I can’t really imagine a better outcome with initial setup shopping than that right there so thanks David!

These people were so awesome, I had just had to put my cat down after 21 years together and wasn’t able to pay for the cremation yet and went in to purchase some dry ice. When I told them what is was for they could see I was upset and wouldn’t allow me to pay for it. I very much appreciated their compassion and would like to say thank you to them for being so kind

Went in looking for a new welder to replace my broke mig. Wanted a multiprocess machine for its flexibility and functionality. I knew I wanted a Miller 220, and the unit was in stock. The gentleman helping me was David, and he was super kind and helpful. And how can you go wrong with someone named David. Took the unit off the shelf, boxed it. Made sure everything was in the box, and went over each item. Really appreciate the customer service! Thank you!
