The people who work night shift are so kind and helpful always a delight!! This store in general is so overwhelming Everytime I go in and I mean every single time there is a few tweakers stealing and I mean it's so bad I can spot each of them it's stressful I hate going here at night!! It makes me want to steal so badly nothing is being done it pisses me off!! Safeway on q street hired people to take care of this problem WHY NOT ABLERTSONS? THIS STEALING PROBLEM IS OUT OF CONTROL ON COBURG ROAD!!!

Was at the store today at 9am when customer service counter opens. There ways a line and no one at the counter. An employee Dar ( is management of some sort) walked by and was asked when the customer service person would come. He looked bothered by being interacted with. Rudely said he had no clue and just walked away. He was brisk, rude and made me very uncomfortable bc at no point was the customer rude. The behavior was absolutely unwarranted.

This location closes their self checkout at 10 pm and then only keeps a single assisted checkout open until the store closes. This leads to the assisted checkout having a long line that stretches out to the grocery isles, which makes it no longer worth waiting, especially when you are standing there for 20 minutes just to purchase a small basket of goods. Waiting for so long, makes customers consider how bad they really need whatever they are shopping for. Because of this poor customer service, I will not shop at this location anymore.

Nice staff with a good selection of food. There is a Starbucks and usbank inside which is nice.
Did you know they make holiday dinners too? And you know what else? They are tasty.

This has been my go-to store since it is the closest. I have pretty frequent experiences where I buy something that has already gone bad or goes bad a ridiculously short time later. The prepackaged salmon I bought yesterday was rancid, and I opened it only a few hours after purchase. So I threw away the salmon, and tried to make something else with lemons I bought the day before, but one lemon sitting in the bottom of the bad was already molded over as well. Same with a package of strawberries a couple weeks ago. I'm just getting tired of it. I don't want to bring this stuff back to the store for a refund every time - I'd just like for some improvements to be made towards quality control.

Good location. I like running in after shopping at HomeGoods. They carry 4 flavors of beatbox which is wonderful. Just wished they had the green apple!

The Hispanic cashier with tattoos on his hands is, I don’t know how else to explain it, but a jerk. Just because you don’t like someone and they’re an Instacart shopper, he rushed through, throwing my items down the checkout stand, and then mixed up two different orders we had to reset everything through the items back down again, and then didn’t even help bag as I was finished bagging he just walked away. Did not Even apologize, he said yeah well I haven’t done this very long, which is a lie grow up.

Great selection but the layout is confusing. Just looking for guacamole took 10 minutes! Lapped the store twice before eventually finding it in a very unconventional and baffling spot. It's clean with a good express lane and they accept tap-to-pay, such as Google Wallet.
