Incapable of fufilling automated monthly prescriptions. I get it, its an impossible math equation to figure out how to fill a prescription every month

Nobody ever answers the phone. I understand that the closing of Rite-Aid and Bi-Mart has created an influx of new patients but they have had issues long before those other pharamcies closed. I have stood in line for 30+ minutes on several occasions just to be told the prescription is not ready or was not received. Turnover is high with staff. Don't waste your time.

Can’t reach anyone on the phone ever, automated prescription refill system doesn’t work because they ask you for a number that’s not on the label that they printed and put on my prescription, called customer service was told “I’d suggest you come down here and get in line like everybody else”
Also accused of yelling at the customer service lady, which I was not I was being perfectly polite, may have sensed my frustration in the fact that I work 12 hours a day and have to take time off to go to that Pharmacy.
So I will be switching my prescription prescriptions to somewhere else, where I can at least get the minimal standard of care, and hopefully if I need to talk to customer service, someone who is not rude, doesn’t car and frankly just unprofessional.
Update still haven’t received my prescriptions, or any communication from Albertsons about why, now I’m 2 week late on receiving my antibiotic, without explanation from Albertsons

They keep sending me someone else's Rx information and do not answer their phones. Customer service numbers have not resolved the issue. I've been getting texts for 8 months with a stranger's personal health information and I'm not even a customer.

If I could give them less than 1 star I would. They never answer the phone and their employees and service are garbage and then some.Ive literally received a text to pick up my medication and they give you a deadline and it’s put back before that deadline. Then you get the unpleasant experience of their staff. I hate this is the closest pharmacy to my house.

I used to really love this pharmacy they were very diligent about answering the phones and we're super kind and helpful. As of lately they hang up the phone on you I've been on the phone with Holly numerous times and she doesn't care how she treats whoever's on the other end of the phone. I get we all have a job to do but going in to a pharmacy to stand in a line to ask a question that can be answered on a phone is ridiculous and the reason people probably call on the doctor line is because they purposely don't answer the customers phone anymore. And since I've been going to this pharmacy I've always used that same line. Anyway I've done customer service for years and I've been in health care for years holly needs a new job!

Apparently when Doctors call in the prescription they don’t fill it and you cannot call because no one ever answers. So you’ll have to go stand in line for an hour so you can tell them to order the meds they should have already ordered when it was sent in. The only thing I need is a text to pick up! Very frustrating.

it was 6:58 and they refuse to give me medication for my pregnant wife because there was one person ahead of me. The lady looked me up and down and then said “no”.

This pharmacy sucks. They ignore all there calls. I've had to wait 2 days for my prescription just for them to call me and tell my they were ready for pick-up and honestly don't waste your time, find another pharmacy.

To the person referred to as Poppy, you are rude and have no concern for your customers. My wife was in there and you told her to go to the ER to get her meds because you didn't have any. She left terrified and then was shortly called back by one of your techs to say you do in fact have her meds in stock and to return to get them. You were rude when she returned and you are lucky I wasn't there. We will both take our business elsewhere. I know you are overwhelmed now that rite aid is closed but show some compassion like your tech did. You should be ashamed!

This is a great pharmacy. All of the staff who I've interacted with are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I'm glad they're in the neighborhood.
