Very poorly run vaccination appointments at this pharmacy. Visited three times even made appointments online. Continually very long waits, confusion about who is in line for prescriptions or vaccinations, bossy thoughtless person at the counter. Guessing they are overworked and/or understaffed. My heart goes out to them and those they attempt to serve. I'm going elsewhere for my pharmacy. Too bad. It's a nice grocery store.

They were so nice I’ve never had costumer service at a pharmacy like that I really felt like they took the time to listen to my concerns about my medication and gave me advice on getting discounts on medication when I told them I didn’t have insurance

It's helpful to have the pharmacy in the neighborhood. Sometimes there are lines and it takes a while to get to the counter. People are not very fast. But you might be lucky and get there in those rare occasions when there is no one waiting.

Very very slow. 40-60 minutes at least you need to wait just for 3 or 4 people in front of you in the line!

Nice clerks. But terribly understaffed and usually a minimum wait of 20-30 minutes. They don't answer their phone so don't bother trying to call. The web site is passable but not really terribly user friendly. I usually figure 2-3 visits (with attendant waits) to get a prescription as often they don't get it right on the first try. But I don't have a car. Albertson's is a 25 minute walk away and the next closest pharmacy is a 45 minute walk away. So I guess I am grateful Albertson's is here. I lived in east Germany for 6 months once so I just pretend I am in the old DDR. Give it a 1 for service and a 5 for location averages out to a 3.

This used to be the best pharmacy in town and super friendly and helpful staff. Ever since the switch over awhile back the staff is short, sharp, and nasty to customers. I understand stress and bad days. But this has been consistent. I've even been hung up on multiple times. I just wish they weren't so mean and snippy.

Love these professional, efficient, caring and incredibly hard working people. In spite of the long hours, really fast paced work, being understaffed, huge learning curve for new folks, massive amount of oversight and scrutiny this crew manages to have a 99.92% accuracy rate.
These guys are an incredibly important part of our healthcare system, they have earned the benefit of the doubt and deserve our support.

Some of the most unprofessional joke of service and health care one can receive anywhere. 45 minute wait times, no phone answers and absolutely no care for the fact they are in charge of people’s well being. You get more care from a gas station. Truly awful taking my business and my health elsewhere.

The management of this location clearly do not care about their customers. There are always too few staff in duty. This results in absurdly long waits to pickup prescriptions and calls never being answered. If you can, go anywhere but this pharmacy.
